Every month, I brainstorm goals in six different categories. Honestly, this is the first year I have ever stopped to reflect on the past before planning for the future–but I can’t tell you how helpful it is! It gives me a clear sense of what areas are strengths and weaknesses. After completing the reflection, I can create intentional goals based on the highs and lows of the previous months rather than random ambitions without meaning.
By reflecting on your goals each month, you will keep them in the forefront of your mind throughout the year, making it less likely that you’ll forget about them and more likely to achieve them!!
